Privacy & Safety

Your privacy is important. All personal information collected at checkout or during booking—such as your name, email, address, and payment info—is kept strictly confidential and used solely for order fulfillment or communication regarding your booking. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. Our website uses secure encryption to protect your data during transactions.

Bookings & Commission 

Bookings for murals, illustrations, and other custom services require clear communication and a written agreement. A deposit may be required to hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable once project prep has begun. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours' notice.

Custom commissions may involve consultation periods and prep time. Please review service details carefully before booking. Final timelines and pricing will be discussed during the consultation.

Terms of Service

By purchasing artwork, booking services, or commissioning Brescia Brazil, you agree to the following terms:

  • All original artworks, digital products, and services are the intellectual property of Brescia Brazil.

  • Commissions and custom work are for personal use only, unless a commercial license has been purchased and clearly agreed upon in writing.

  • Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the project. Any delays will be communicated in a timely manner.

  • Brescia reserves the right to decline commissions or bookings that conflict with her values, safety, or artistic integrity.
